Just FYI, I came here from inSanity (saw the link). This character is taken from another wolf site I'm part of. She's mine, I promise.
Gender: Female
Age: Five years
Pack: Loner
Rank: --
Personality:
The problem with Shayde is that she can be very unpredictable. She could be a sweet, innocent pup one moment, and then turn right around snarling like there's no tomorrow. She has a very difficult time trusting others and has a strong sense of 'self-preservation'. She doesn't believe that living in a pack is at all beneficial to life as a wolf, but she longs for the comfort of companionship regardless. But due to her unstable nature, finding and keeping that companionship is difficult. She unconsciously drives others away and is too thickheaded to believe that it was her fault in the first place.
Shayde never backs down from a fight unless she's facing obvious death or is bleeding profusely. This stubbornness has gotten her into several pickles, resulting in prominent scars. Sometimes, she will go out of her way to cause trouble just so she can get into a scuffle with a bigger wolf. She is very prideful and will boast and brag when she has won a fight. On the flipside, she is a very sore loser and will become agitated if she loses.
But deep down, Shayde does have a gentler side, a side she locked away after what happened to Amos, a very close companion she recently lost.
Appearance:
Her pelt is a reddish-brown color with some black hairs mixed in. Her stomach is a lighter, off-white color. Her eyes are a red-brown, almost orange color. She tips the scale at a whopping 75 pounds, though it does vary depending on season and the abundance/scarcity of food. Her shoulder only reaches 28 inches, giving her a slight disadvantage over obviously larger wolves.
